No clue, then.  If you tell nuvexport to use the cutlist, it tells 
mythtranscode to use the cutlist.  If commercials aren't getting cut 
out, then mythtranscode is doing something wrong.

I do know that there was an issue sometime around .18 with 
software-encoded nuv files where the cutlist would sometimes only be 
partially honored, and in weird ways (it would take out half of the 
commercial, or only a few seconds, or all of it).  But maybe that was 
before .18 was released (it's been so long I can't remember)
