--refresh-today
--refresh-second
--refresh-all
   (Only valid for grabbers: na, se_swedb, no, ee, de_tvtoday)
   Force a refresh today or two days (or every day) from now,
   to catch the latest changes

(BTW, the "na" is North America--based on the old name for the 
zap2it/DataDirect stuff).
