OK, no problem with mythweb, sorry Chris.
The problem was as Claude said:The settings:
Press toolbox -> session settings.
What confused me was that my PHP doesn't seem to
obey the %p time formatting for AM/PM, which led me to
believe that this didn't influence the time format at all.
