Hi,
I have some trouble in understanding the "linear normalizer/total raw
signal".
According to the MZmine 2.0 manual, the normalization by "total raw signal"
should follow the formula:
normalized peak signal=(a peak signal of a sample)/ (the total signal of the
same sample), that is, the results should all be less than 1, however, the
results are very different from my expection.
What's wrong with my understand?
Anyone can help me?
