Is there any particular reason why the MZmine2.jar file contains the
.java source-code files?
I see that build.xml contains the following:
<!-- copy the src, to include java sources and help files -->
<copy todir="${build}">
<fileset dir="${src}" />
</copy>
However, this could be restricted to the HTML, PNG files only if its the
help system that needs including. Excluding the .java files would make
for a much lighter .JAR.
