G'day,
Currently the "Adduct search" module provides for specifying a single custom adduct. We're interested in adding support for providing a list of 10 - 30 custom adducts held in a CSV file.
The simplest approach would be to add a "Custom adduct file" (file) parameter to the module. The file would be read and the adducts defined therein added to the list of adducts to search for.
A (more complex?) alternative would be to add a "Load custom adducts" function to the Project menu. Then these adducts could appear in the "Adducts" list when the Adduct search parameters are displayed.
Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Chris.
