Hi Daniel, MZmine has certainly no problems with handling retention times above 30 minutes. Please check the retention time formatting in the menu Project / Number formats. Try setting the RT format to "hh:mm:ss". If that does not solve your problem, please send a sample data file and exact instructions how to reproduce your problem using that file.
