I've logged it on the CDK tracker: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=3273205&group_id=20024&atid=120024 If it gets fixed then this might necessitate upgrading CDK, which will be problematic as MZmine 2 uses the CDK that's packaged with jchempaint (has this been superseded by cdk-jchempaint)?
