Hello Steve,

As you can see from the source of the mzML parser in MZmine
(http://mzmine.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/mzmine/trunk/src/net/sf/mzmine/modules/rawdatamethods/rawdataimport/fileformats/MzMLReadTask.java)
there is no support for ReferenceableParamGroup at the moment. We may add the 
support in the future, but I cannot promise when this will happen (being a bit 
busy lately..).
Of course, you are welcome to add the support yourself and send us a patch. 
This is open-source world, after all :)
