Gentle MzMine team, I've downloaded the last version of MZmine, but when I start the mass detection phase to process Themo Raw files (all MS1 experiments) it doesn't work! My computer has got more than 4 GB of RAM available and I need to process more than 12 Thermo Raw files. I only used crop filter as data set filter before starting mass detection and used centroid with 5e1 as peak detection parameter. Could you please help me? Kind regards, Angela Mari
