Dear Mzmine developer,

Thank for the quick response to our problems, I appreciate it. The
problems were fixed after installing version 2.4. We have LC-MS machine and
we really like Mzmine2 software, especially the addition of support for
modules written in R. I have more questions.

1) How do I add additional R models that I can use in Zmine2.4? I would
like to use R packages such as pie chart, partial least squares regression,
support vector machines, ANOVA etc.

2) Is it possible to add Peak Asymmetry calculations to MZmine2.4 so that
we users may use it to filter their data?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Stephen Opiyo
