G'day,
I've committed some changes to the MZmine source-code repository that
enhance the 3D plots. These are all found on the 3D plot properties
dialogue:
1. A slider has been added to control the intensity axis scale
2. A checkbox has been added to apply log10 scaling to the intensity axis
3. A peak label font control dialogue has been added
4. A peak label colour chooser has been added
5. A checkbox has been added to enable/disable opacity mapping of peak
labels
These changes should be available in the next MZmine release.
