G'day,

I've added a new feature that makes it possible to label peaks with their identities when they are plotted in chromatograms.

You can use the new feature when you select several peak list rows and then right-click.  A pop-up menu is displayed with a Chromatogram (quick) item.  If you select this then a chromatogram is plotted along with the selected peaks.

By default the chromatogram is labelled with m/z values.  If you press the labels button in the panel to the right of the chromatogram then the labelling will cycle between: m/z values; peak identities; no labels.  However, if none of the selected peak list rows have identities then the button operates as it did before, toggling between: m/z values; no labels.

This feature should be available in the next MZmine release.

Regards,
Chris.
