Hi Zhongqi,
You are right that there is some confusion in the retention time units used. I
will fix this for the next MZmine release (2.5).
I assume you set the "Retention time formatting" to "Minutes" in the MZmine
Preferences dialog.
Then all the tolerances should be considered in minutes, including the
gap-filling step.
