Hi, please help ...
I'm trying to import an mzML file to MZmine2 using the 'Raw data import'
option. My .mzML files come from a .wiff converted with MS Data Converter (AB
Sciex) and with MSConverter (Pwiz) using different options. I can import my
files to mMass and TOPPView (OpenMS) but not to MZmine2.
The error message is: org.xml.sax.SAXException: Scan number not found in scan
id sample=1 period=1 cycle=1 experiment=1 (MzMLReadTask.java:210)
I have little knowledge in data formats, so it is possible I am doing something
wrong.
