Hi,

MSConvert can separate out the positive and negative data strings in Thermo
.RAW files. It is part of the Proteowizard tool set and there is a GUI version
if you don't want to run it from the command-line.

Cheers,

Gavin.

Subject: [Mzmine-devel] how to extract positive and negative MS1 scan data
separately from a single Thermo raw file that contains MS1 data in both
positive and negative modes.

Hi!
I am a beginner for MZmine2.
I am routinely using alternate positive and negative acquisition on a single
chromatographic run on a Thermo LCQdeca instrument, and so the acquired data
contain MS1 data in both positive and negative modes in a single Thermo raw
file.
How can I extract positive and negative MS1 data separately? I use MS1 data
for semi-quantification.

Best regards
