I have the same problem that Hugo Lopez Fernandez with the baseline
correction.
I´m starting to used this and I have some problems using your application.
I started to work
with MZmine 2.5 and I am having problems when the application need to
execute R via JRI on Windows 7.
I have installed rJava and pwt in R. when I try to do tha Baseline
correction, the program all the time close.

Please make sure that the JRI native library is in a directory listed in
