Hi
i wonder if it is possible to modify the input parameter preferences for
raw MS data files
eg to utilise only MZ and intensity [as in non-lcms platforms like maldi
tof] so that MZmine
can load raw files without requesting for rentention time values.
This way, i could load up my maldi tof data.
Is this pssible ?
