I find that MZmine is a very useful program, so much so that I very much wonder why I cannot find one feature common to MS analysis programs: Typically, m/z values can be easily averaged across a chromatographic peak, for example, by drawing a line over the peak or under the peak. However, I have yet to find a method in MZmine to do this. What am I missing?
