Hi John,

Please take a careful look at your own data and check what is the typical
intensity of noise signals in your mass spectra.

Dear all

I am starting using mzMine for several days and have no idea how to
determine the noise level.

What criterion should be used to adjust the noise level to get a reasonably
good list? Any body could help? Thanks!

John
