Hi, I am one postdoc associate in UIUC and recently I labelled my sample where I want to find all pairs of peaks with 3.0188 Da of mass difference. My friend recommended to use MZmine software to figure out this problem. I try to use "peak complex search", but I failed because of "at least 1 peak lists must be selected". Would you like to help me figure out this problem?
