Summary: Garbled ionization symbols

Initial Comment:
The special symbols (subscripts and superscripts) used in 
net.sf.mzmine.data.IonizationType don't display properly in some OSes  (Ubuntu 
Linux, Windows 7 & Vista for MZmine 2.8).

Perhaps it would be safest to avoid special characters, i.e. use +H2PO4- 
instead of +H₂PO₄⁻
