I had the same problem, are yo sure version 1.33.13 is installed?
I did the same, but when i checked in R it seems that version 1.32.0 was
installed.
I installed version 1.33.13 afterwards, and then it worked fine in Mzmine.
to check which version is installed run the following command in R:
packageDescription("xcms")
if version 1.32.0 is installed run the following command in R:
source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R";)
useDevel(TRUE)
biocLite(c("xcms", "multtest", "snow", "RANN"))
check again for the version by running the command:
packageDescription("xcms")
it should say version 1.33.13 now and that should work in Mzmine.
