Dear Developers,
1. I get the attached errors and window close after showing that error.
I am not sure what is the cause. It seems to be a problem of interaction
between Java and R through the JRI library. It does not seem like MZmine
problem. Try to update your Java and R installations to the latest versions and
reinstall the R packages.
2. After deisotoping, I don't get the column showing charge of isotope as
mentioned in the manual section 5.2
You have to enable the column in the peak list visualizer properties (section
14.5 of the manual).
