Hi, I have changed the visualization library to visualize the results of the hierarchical clustering and now I use also Weka to do it. It is not so nice and the labels can not be seen if they are too long but it works. I have added a text field with the result in Newick format that can be visualized using other programs. JTreeView library is not used any more. What do you think?
