Hi,
I know that you can add an extra parameter to a sample, for example group
files with the same treatment (with replicates), but for the visualization
it would be nice to be able to set the color of group 1 in black (and apply
that for all the samples belonging to group 1) and group 2 (also for all
replicates within that group) in red for example, is that something that is
already possible or could it be considered? Cause now you have too many
colors and it's impossible to distinguish group 1 from group 2 if you have a
lot of replicates.
