Dear MZmine developers, I am trying to do an XIC analysis using targeted peaks detection with mzmine 2.10, however there is a problem with setting up the extraction windows. The peak area calculated is very small and the peak is narrow too. Is there a way for me to fix this? If I use chromatogram builder, although peak is still narrow, the area seems reasonable.
