Dear Lisa,
I think your problems are not related to each other. Let's start with the
MSFileReader.
You should definitely not rename any DLL libraries, that would mess up things
with the Windows registers.
Did you install the 32-bit version of the MSFileReader?
Best regards,
Tomas

Subject: [Mzmine-devel] Can't get R, Java 3D or MSFileReader to work (says not
installed)
I've checked the startMZmine_Windows file:
rem Set R environment variables.
set R_HOME=C:\Program Files\R\R-2.15.2
set R_SHARE_DIR=%R_HOME%\share
set R_INCLUDE_DIR=%R_HOME%\include
set R_DOC_DIR=%R_HOME%\doc
set R_LIBS_USER=%R_HOME%\library
rem set R_LIBS_USER=%USERPROFILE%\Documents\R\win-library\2.15
R is installed in C:\Program Files\R\R-2.15.2
I've made sure everything is setup the way RAWdump.cpp says:
// MSFileReader must be installed for this program to compile
#import "C:\Program Files\Thermo\MSFileReader\Xrawfile2.dll"
Xrawfile2.dll is installed in
C:\Program Files\Thermo\MSFileReader\Xrawfile2.dll (I had to rename this from
XRawfile2.dll)
Java3D is installed in: C:\Program Files\Java\Java3D\1.5.2
so why won't they work?
I'm on Windows 7 professional
64bit operating system... (Trying to use Xdraw for 32bit)
Thanks for your help.
Lisa P.
