Dear Geoff, This is most likely not a problem of MZmine. Please ask someone from your IT support for help, or someone around you who is good with computers.
My guess would be you need to set your PATH variable to include the Java installation folder, or alternatively set the JAVA_COMMAND in the startMZmine script.
