I Dhananjay Dhokane is pursuing my doctoral studies at Department of Plant sciences, McGill university, Canada. First of all I would like to appreciate the development and regular updating of MzMine software. In our lab, we are extensively using this software for analyzing LCMS data for plant samples and we are very happy that we published few articles in good peer-reviewed journals with the data obtained from MzMine 2 software. >From past few days we are facing problem with online detection of metabolites >from PlantCYC database. As our emphasis of research is on studying metabolites >at plant-pathogen interaction levels, it is very crucial for us to identify >the metabolite compounds using PlantCYC database.
