Hello Thomas, If we remove the tasks immediately after they're finished, it will cause the task window to be constantly "rearranged", making it hard for the user to keep track of what was already done. Well, you can try to change the implementation in that way and let me know how it feels. Nevertheless, if we remove the tasks immediately when they're finished, we should probably add another window showing a list of tasks that were finished in the past.

When importing many files – e.g. 100 – it can take a very long time before the task list is cleared and it is a bit difficult to follow the status of the tasks. /Thomas ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ Mzmine-devel mailing list Mzmine-devel@lists.sourceforge.net<mailto:Mzmine-devel@lists.sourceforge.net> https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/mzmine-devel =============================================== Tomas Pluskal G0 Cell Unit, Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University 1919-1 Tancha, Onna-son, Okinawa 904-0495, Japan WWW: https://groups.oist.jp/g0 TEL: +81-98-966-8684 Fax: +81-98-966-2890
