Hi Nate,
MZmine currently does not offer any other manual method than defining the m/z
and RT window.
This is a community-developed software, so feel free to contribute :)

Something like how chemstation's manual integrator works would be fine. I know
the purpose of MZmine is to provide an automated approach to processing large
data sets, but just thought I'd ask.
