Dear MZmine users, We have released MZmine 2.13.
This version can natively read Waters RAW files (MassLynx format) on Windows. Furthermore, it does not anymore require separate installation of vendor libraries to read the Thermo and Waters data files. Two important notes: - To run this version, you need Java Runtime version 1.7 or newer - New version of Java3D (1.6.0-pre11) is now distributed together with MZmine. If you run into problems with the 3D visualizer, please try removing any previous Java3D installation from your computer.
