Hello,
It is a very interesting feature to be able to import RAW Waters data
files! However, since we are runing 3 differents TIC (MS1, MS1-fragmented,
LockMass) at the same time, it is a problem. We certainly do not want to
be processing the LockMass! Is there a way to separate the TIC instead of
them showing at the same time?
Also since we are fragmenting, can we include the fragments into the
parent ion profile? It would be really interesting to have an "fragment
grouper" feature just like the isotope grouper!
