Thanks! I only tested that it works if the raw data file import is in the 
beginning of the batch. But shouldn't the following line be enough to make sure 
that the feature is only activated in GUI mode?
if (MZmineCore.getDesktop().getMainWindow() != null)

Nice new feature. It could cause some problems in the batch mode, particularly 
if the raw data import module is somewhere in the middle of the batch. But I 
guess that is not really a big issue (makes no sense to import files in the 
middle of the batch).
