Hello,
I am trying to install Mzmine 2 on my computer and is having a problem. Your
help to resolve the issue is greatly appreciated.
Here is some specific information:
1. MZmine version: 2.14.2
2. My OS: OS X 10.9.5
3. Outputs of the “java - version” command and the “R —version” command are
in the attached two screen shots.
4. I did NOT change the startMZmine script file.
5. I just double clicked on the “startMZmine_MacOSX.command” and got the
error message as shown in “error message.png”.
