Dear MZminers I am trying to read some waters raw folders files and I am getting the following error:
Java.io.IOException; Generic Error (NativeFileReadTask.java:205) It starts to read OK but gives the error about 1/3 the way through the file I am using mzmine 2.13.1 on a 8 core HPZ Xeon with 8GB RAM running windows 7 Java version 7 update 72 Any suggestions?
