Hi Xiuxia, I think your ADAP-GC algorithm would be a very useful addition to MZmine.
Please see the "How to contribute" section here: http://mzmine.sourceforge.net/development.shtml The best way to start is to make a copy of an existing module, and start changing the functionality gradually.
