Dear MZmine users, We have released MZmine 2.15.
This version changes the way how R modules were integrated into MZmine. Now we use the RServe library, instead of the rJava library used in previous versions of MZmine. This change should fix a number of R-related problems that people have been reporting. No configuration is necessary to use the new implementation. In addition, we are leaving the SourceForge platform, which brings up a few changes: - the MZmine website has moved to http://mzmine.github.io - the mzmine-info mailing list is going to be discarded - the mzmine-devel mailing list is moving to a new mzmine-devel Google Group (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/mzmine-devel). All current subscribers will receive an invitation to join the new group.
