FWIW guys, soldering some of these early boards is not hard. The traces are far apart on that board and the are wide and can stand quite a bit of “abuse”. Good place to tip your toes into the water before moving up to the more complicated/dense boards .
On that board you can get everything from (for example) Jameco, but read the Web page about the HEX displays. Steep curve, oh, VERY! :) This CF concept seems to be a very good solution to augment the first drive, I've CP/M86 on floppy ready to go.
