Hi Todd,
 
Yes, I prefer to bevel at 45 degrees during PCB manufacture.
 
Beveling PCBs is optional and can be done simply with a double cut flat file in 
a pass or two.
 
Don't take off too much material just enough to chamfer the edges.  
 
Better to leave it sharp cornered than take off too much.

Hi Andrew,

They optionally provide beveling of the board where the fingers are.
Have you been having them do that too for the S-100 boards?  What angle
beveling have you had them do?
