Hi David, I'm not Andrew, but I've ordered boards from PCBcart before and I think the quality is very good.
The biggest drawback is the extra time (they do well checking the board files and if they have any questions it's about a day per question due to the time difference.) Also, they're 8 or 12 day lead time and then the shipping time from China to the US (though that's quicker than you might expect.) >From my point of view it comes down to how quickly we want the boards. The gold fingers and chamfer are a bonus as well.
