I'll send an email to the sales department at Optima and see what they 
recommend for getting a case with a custom card cage.

Probably something is more similar to my Vector MZ chassis than the earlier 
S-100 systems like the Altair.  

It's possible they can do it by assembling their off the shelf parts in 
which case I could just make a "how to" guide for others as far as what to 
order.
