fyi... the euro BC547 and BC557 are equiv to the 2N3906/4 parts and they are backwards...
I have a bag of 2N3906/4 here that are backwards from the "standard TO92 pkg from Fairchild/Moto/ONSEM", I suspect that they are just remarked parts... they do not have a manufacture label on them... so one must be careful...
