Josh, don't do this.
There are some older S-100 boards which use the upper 8 Bit for decoding 
the I/O addresses (e.g. the MITS TurnKey board).
For me it works fine with the 8080 CPU board, but when i switch to the Z80 
board, it doesn't work anymore.
It required some changes, to leave the TurnKey board in its original state 
by getting it to work with the lower 8 Bits.
