Hi Don, For PCBCart.com I think their pricing varies based on < 300, 300-600, and > 600. I'm not sure how much it varies (it's hard to get a good idea there without putting in parameters and then varying them to see) and I've tried asking their support in the past and they basically said to just keep trying with different parameters.
