Jameco has a couple of them on page 118 of their catalogue.   The pins do not 
fit the board holes however, You have to bend one pin along the back and then 
near the end bend it down to fit into the hole. Be careful the pins brake 
easily.

I have had the same problem.
I drilled a additional hole and the 20.5mm holder sits in very well.
Then removing some of the solder mask around the additional hole and solder it 
in.
