Hi All, Just ordered some TIL311 displays from eBay seller Polida2008 (China). Seller now wants me to pay an extra $3.50USD to have the parcel sent with registration. I have no problems with this amount for registration. But he wants me to pay direct to a Paypal account quoting my eBay user ID so he can match the payment to my transaction. All kind of makes sense but he could (and probably should) raise an eBay Invoice and any time something seems to start linking bits of digital ID together my scam Alarm bells go off.
I picked this seller on the recommendation of a list member here in a previous post. And to be fair going back and looking at the detail of the original advert it does mention in clear text that international shipping is 3.50 extra for registration payable to the very same Paypal account. Just after some assurance that someone has been down this same path before and it all ended happily? Thanks.
