The only commercial adapter I could locate is made by ARIE, $25-30 <ouch>

It's probably less expensive to just purchase a PGA 80386, or one already 
mounted on an adapter.

Remember that with "make an offer" you could probably get them for 
significantly less.  I doubt there's much of a demand except for us 
retro-types...
