On a newly deployed unit on Xenial, I try to run
/usr/local/bin/pagerduty_nagios.pl and get:
Can't locate HTTP/Request/Common.pm in @INC (you may need to install the
HTTP::Request::Common module) (@INC contains: /etc/perl
/usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.22.1 /usr/local/share/perl/5.22.1

/usr/local/lib/site_perl /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl-base .) at
/usr/local/bin/pagerduty_nagios.pl line 35.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/local/bin/pagerduty_nagios.pl line 35.
To work around this, install the libhttp-parser-perl package
